Things I'm Loving Right Now
The products, practitioners + resources I'd actually tell a friend about. I research
this stuff, I try it on myself first and I only put it here if it earned a spot in
my own routine.
Straight up: Nueva is my own storefront, so I earn a commission on everything in that
section. The practitioners at the bottom are people I also work with professionally.
None of that changes what I recommend, and I'd rather you know than wonder.
Nueva Nitro
The one that changed my mornings
Clean energy, no 2pm collapse
I run high cortisol, so most energy drinks do the opposite of what they promise for me.
Wired, then anxious, then flattened by early afternoon. Nitro is the first one I've been
able to take every day without that pattern, and the reason comes down to what it's
running on.
A typical energy drink has one lever, a big fast hit of caffeine with sugar behind it.
Caffeine works by blocking the receptor that tells your brain you're tired, and while
it's blocked, that tired signal keeps stacking up in the background. When the caffeine
clears, all of it lands at once. That's the crash. The sugar adds a
second spike and drop on top of it.
Nitro has caffeine too, from green tea, but far less of it and no sugar at all. The
bigger piece is that most of the lift isn't coming from stimulation. L-citrulline raises
nitric oxide, which opens up your blood vessels so more oxygen and nutrients actually
reach your tissue, and better delivery reads as energy without ever pushing your nervous
system. The molecular hydrogen and B vitamins support your cells making energy instead
of borrowing it against your afternoon.
L-Citrulline, green tea caffeine, molecular hydrogen, essential vitamins.
Black Cherry, Grape or Lemon Lime. One sachet in 12 oz water, drink within 5 minutes.
It does contain caffeine. If you're off stimulants completely, this isn't your product.
I take mine about 20 minutes before I start my day.

Nueva Morning Coffee
Coffee that thinks with you
Colombian coffee + nootropics
Colombian coffee with lion's mane, cordyceps, Cogni-Grape and L-theanine stirred into it.
The L-theanine is the part that matters. It takes the edge off caffeine without taking
the focus, so you get the clarity and skip the jaw-clenching.
Sugar-free, one scoop in 8 oz hot water. This is what I drink on the mornings I need to
think clearly and not feel rushed while I'm doing it.
Colombian coffee, Cogni-Grape™, lion's mane, cordyceps, L-theanine, chromium,
Ceylon cinnamon, cacao. Vegan and keto-friendly.

Nueva Revive
Hydration that stays in
Electrolytes plus the part most miss
Electrolytes are the piece everyone knows about. This one also has osmolytes, glycine and
taurine, and those are what pull the water into the cell instead of running it straight
through you. That difference is the whole point.
I notice it most on travel days, after heat and on the mornings I wake up feeling like I
slept in a desert. Citrus Crush and Island Punch, and I go through the citrus faster.
Sodium, potassium, magnesium, glycine, L-taurine, coconut water powder, SolarSea®
trace minerals, shilajit, vitamin C. One sachet in 8 to 12 oz water.

Nueva Alive
Ten things I'd never eat in a day
Organic greens, one scoop
Five organic supergreens, three functional mushrooms and two fruits in a single scoop.
Spirulina, barley grass, broccoli, beet and matcha. Lion's mane, maitake and reishi.
Pineapple and raspberry. The broccoli powder is in there for sulforaphane.
I am not going to eat all of that in a day. I've tried, and it lasts about a week. This
is the version of trying that survives a real schedule, and it covers the gap between how
I want to eat and how I actually eat.
Certified organic, vegan, gluten-free, no synthetic stimulants.
One scoop in 8 to 12 oz water, usually morning.

Nueva Beauty
The nightly one
Skin renewal, elasticity, collagen
A nightly tablet built around three peptides, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and KPV, aimed at skin
renewal, elasticity and collagen. Taken on an empty stomach before bed, which is when
your skin is already doing that work anyway.
This is the most expensive thing on my list and the one I'd add last. Get your energy,
hydration and greens boring and consistent first, then layer this on top. Skin responds
to the foundation more than it responds to any single product.

Functional Medicine
Osteopathic Center for Healing
ocfhealing.com
This is where I send the women whose labs keep coming back normal while they keep feeling
terrible. Functional medicine looks at the whole picture and at what "normal range"
actually means for you, which is a different conversation than the one most people have
been having with their doctor.

Your Best Life with Jennifer
yourbestlifewithjennifer.com
For hormone replacement and aesthetics. If you've been told your symptoms are just your
age and sent home, this is the second conversation worth having. Hormones and how you
feel in your own skin are the same conversation, and it helps to have someone who
treats them that way.
